Requirements:  

• A minimum language level of CLB Level 7 in all four categories (reading, writing, listening, speaking) *For applicants with English as a second language.*
• Canadian citizens, Permanent residents or individuals with a valid open work permit (check with IRCC regarding eligibility) can apply – must be residing in Canada for at least 6 months.
• Proof of Grade 12 or equivalent is required.
• A Clear Criminal Record Check with vulnerable sector search will be required for selected applicants. (Paid for by STSC)
• A direct deposit form from your bank for the first day of class (if you are selected for the program). This means if you do not have a bank account, you must have valid ID to open an account.

• The online application is the only way to apply for the course
• Make sure to enter your correct email address – all details regarding your application are sent by email
• Check your spam/junk folder if you have not received an email confirmation after submitting online
