As a local non-profit charitable organization, STSC is committed to helping older youth and adults develop their skills and obtain employment in careers where workers are needed most. Based on labour market demand and input from our industry and employer partners, we offer various courses in the fields of construction trades, human services, and customer service/hospitality. Partner with Us Are you an employer ready to hire? We can help you out!Each course offered at STSC includes a work placement with an employer looking to hire. We refer to this as the “longest job interview” participants will experience. Work placements range from one to three weeks depending on the course, and we cover the wages and insurance during this period.
