Requirements

• A minimum language level of CLB Level 7 or IELTS 6.5 in all four categories (reading, writing, listening, speaking) . *For applicants with English as a second language*   
• Canadian citizens, Permanent residents or individuals with an Open Valid Work Permit (check with IRRC regarding Eligibility) can apply - must be residing in Canada for at least 6 months.
• Proof of Grade 12 or equivalent required
• A Clear Criminal Record Check with vulnerable sector search will be required for selected applicants. (Paid for by STSC)
• A direct deposit form from your bank for the first day of class (if you are selected for the program). This means if you do not have a bank account, you must have valid ID to open an account.
• Valid Class 5 license is required.
